If you're already subscribed and wish to cancel your subscription via LiqPay, please follow these steps:

1) If you already have a Privat Bank card:
Go to https://www.liqpay.ua/uk/adminpersonal/payments/subscriptions and log in (your LiqPay login and password are identical to your Privat24 login and password). Select our project from the list of your subscriptions. In the upper-right corner of the screen, click “Unsubscribe”.

2) If you are not a client of Privat Bank:
Send a request to cancel your subscription to the Foundation's support team at savealife@cmaukraine.com, indicating your ID, amount and date of subscription, a screenshot of your payment (if possible).
